LET IT ROLL Winter 2023 will take place on 24 & 25 February 2023 in Hall 4 of the Prague PVA EXPO in Letňany.

LET IT ROLL Winter 2023 will take place on 24 & 25 February 2023 in Hall n.4 of Prague’s PVA EXPO in Letňany.
The nearest metro station is “Letňany” on line “C”. The main train and bus station in Prague are located on the same line. So if you come to Prague by public transport, you can get to the venue easily. If you arrive by car, it will be possible to use the PVA EXPO parking lot, according to the conditions on the website.

START OF THE EVENT
The event area opens at 8:00 p.m., when the music production also begins, and closes at 6:00 a.m. when the music production ends. Entry to the event area is possible from the age of 18. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the premises. After leaving the premises, the ticket becomes invalid.

ENTRY & ACCREDITATION
Avoid buying tickets from resellers – all tickets go through a scanner upon entering the venue and cannot be reused. We recommend that you come at 20:00 to avoid unnecessary queues and not to miss some of the foreign performers. At the same time, you will increase the possibility of getting LET IT ROLL merchandise on time.

Accreditations will open at 19:30 and are located in the same way as the ticket office before entering the premises. Don’t forget to bring your ID card with you, which is necessary for your identification at accreditations.

ZTP/P DISCOUNTS
A visitor who can prove himself with a ZTP/P card (or III degree of disability) and a ticket to the event is allowed to take his assistant with him for free. This exception does not apply to ZTP holders (ie II degree of disability).

PAYMENTS – CASHLESS
All payments at Let It Roll Winter are cashless. When entering the area, you will receive a wristband with a chip, which can be charged in the top-up zone at the entrance. Pre-charging the wristband using the NFCtron app will not be possible before or during this event. Charging the bracelet is possible using a payment card or in cash (EUR/CZK). The one-time charge for the first charge is 50 CZK. The only place where it is also possible to pay in cash or by credit card (CZK and EUR) is the cloakroom and the rental of locker boxes. In addition to cashless, it will be possible to pay by credit card at the merchandise stand. After the end of the festival, it is possible to request a refund of unused funds in any amount without additional fees. The nearest ATM is located directly in the PVA premises. Please be aware that queues can form here, so come to the event well in advance so you don’t miss your favorite performer.

LOCKER BOXES AND DRESSING ROOM
A limited number of Lockerboxes will be available at the event location, as well as a cloakroom where you can store your clothes or luggage. The price of the locker box on site is 250 CZK and its capacity is 4 jackets. The price of storing a backpack or jacket is 70 CZK/piece.

FIRST AID
Medical services will be present on site. Security and firemen will also pass through the area, ensuring the safety of all of us. Please report any problem to our security immediately.

HARD & SMART
The Hard and Smart Program will take care of your party’s safety at the event. If you don’t know them yet, you can stop by them when you feel that the party is too much for you!

SOUND SYSTEM
Let it Roll Winter 2023 will be covered by a professional audio (PA) system from L-Acoustics. We recommend that visitors take earplugs with them to protect their hearing.

PHOTO AND VIDEO
Photography and filming at the festival with cameras, cameras and mobile phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is only possible after prior agreement and approved accreditation. When using photos and recordings, it is always necessary to clearly mention where the footage was taken from.

MERCHANDISE
You can find the current collection of our LET IT ROLL merchandise on our e-shop. A stand with the current collection will also be located at the event, and thus you will be able to try on and purchase the pieces you have selected directly at the festival.

As part of the winter edition of the LET IT ROLL festival, we do not provide specific accommodation options. The event takes place at the final station of the red metro line “C”, thanks to which you can get to the festival easily and without transferring from the city center, the main train and bus station in Prague. Therefore, it depends on you whether you prefer accommodation in Letňany or in the center of Prague.
