Let It Roll organizers have some great news! After a long process of talking to the Minister of Culture we can finally announce that today, a new national holiday in the Czech Republic is taking effect! It is connected to Let It Roll festival which traditionally takes place in the first week of August.
The main reason for the new national holiday is the fact that during the festival, hundreds of employees on the Czech market took days off, vacation or simply did not show up at work. The lack of employees during that period caused not only slowed down production but also slowed down sales and lower profit. When the Ministry of Culture received the petition at the end of the last year with over 9000 signatures, they were quite surprised. However, they got in touch with us to discuss the different possibilities and outcomes and together, we negotiated a public holiday for Let It Roll fans. In addition to not having to go to work, the employees will be paid for coming to the festival. How? Because apart of the public holiday, it's going to be a paid one as well. Immortalz will be then able to enjoy the festival at 100%!
The new public holidays have the official name Let It Roll Days and is on the 1.8. to 3.8.
