Don’t forget to request a refund your unused Bolts in the NFCtron app after the festival ends. Simply scan your chip, click on REQUEST REFUND, and follow the instructions.
If you don’t want to download the app, you can ask for a receipt with a QR code at the top-up station. Just scan the code and you’ll see the option to request a refund directly on the main screen.
If you don’t use all your Bolts during the festival, make sure to request your refund within 14 days by August 17, 2025. 8. 2025.
Refund rules:
The system automatically checks all refund requests. In some cases, your request may be temporarily declined, and you may be asked to provide additional information if:
- – The same bank account is used for more than 3 different refund requests
- – There is a high number of returned cups compared to paid deposits
- Less than 2 transactions per action. NFCtron does not collect any personal data; all information is used solely to pay the remaining credit to the bank account once.
