The venue opens at 7:30pm and closes at 6:00pm with the conclusion of the music production.
The music production starts at 8pm
Tickets expire after leaving the venue.
Entrance to the event area is possible from 18 years of age. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
Online pre-sales close on the day of the event at 7:30pm, after which tickets can be purchased at the door.
Visitors who have bought a ticket in advance will come to the so-called swap tent. Avoid buying tickets from resellers – All tickets are scanned on entry and cannot be reused. We recommend you arrive at 7:30 p.m.to avoid unnecessary queues, to avoid missing some of the international acts and to have the opportunity to get some of the Let It Roll merchandise.
The accreditation desk will open at 7:30 pm and is located in the same way as the ticket office outside the entrance to the venue. Don’t forget to bring your ID card, required for identification at the accreditations.
You can pay by card at the entrance, merchandise, cloakroom and all bars. It is of course also possible to pay in cash in Czech crowns and euros. There will not be an ATM in the event area, so please select sufficient cash at your discretion.

It is forbidden to bring into the area any drinks, food, weapons, drugs, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic bottles, camelbacks or any sharp objects that could endanger other visitors. Dealers who are caught on the premises selling drugs will be handed over to the police with the assistance of security. If you see such a person, please let our security staff know.
Every visitor is obliged to undergo a security check, for which we thank you in advance. We ask that visitors avoid crowding if there is a queue, as this will not expedite your entry to the festival. There is a no-smoking policy in the Triple Karolina Hall – please respect this. Our video team will be on site filming during the event. Please treat them with respect and you may be rewarded with participation in the festival aftermovie.
Photography and filming at the festival with cameras, camcorders and mobile phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is possible only after prior arrangement and approved accreditation. When using photos and recordings, it is always necessary to visibly mention where the footage was taken at.

The emergency services will be present at the scene. Security and fire patrol will also be on site to ensure the safety of us all. Please report any problems to our security immediately.
Tickets can be purchased online on our website letitroll.cz or directly at the venue if there is still a capacity of tickets available.
You can pay on the site by entering your credit card, using Google Pay and Apple Pay. In order to use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card stored in these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari).
You will not receive your ticket immediately after purchasing the ticket. Tickets are secured and locked in the ticketing platform NFCtron and will be available (at the latest) 24h before the event. This is because we are trying to eliminate any fraudulent ticket sales. Once the tickets are unlocked, you will receive your ticket via email and they will also automatically unlock in NFCtron mobile app.
Tickets for this event are not tied to a name. However, when purchasing, please provide us with all contact details correctly so that we are able to deliver your ticket to you.
Tickets for the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, it is possible to resell a ticket safely through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market. Just log into your customer account, click on the Tickets Market icon in the top menu and select the ticket you want to sell. It will also be possible to sell tickets here before the physical distribution of tickets.
Click on the Sell Ticket button to put your ticket on sale. Once the ticket has been sold, you will receive a 90% refund on your account for your tickets. The difference belongs to the promoter to cover the fees associated with this transaction. When reselling tickets the name and contact details of the new holder will be changed automatically and the ticket will be transferred to them.

Tickets can be purchased exclusively on our website. We do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased anywhere else. On Ticketswap we do not have an integrated secureswap service. We are not responsible for any problems associated with the resale of tickets on this portal. Please use the official resale system see above.
2.4. Visitors who present their level III disability identification card and a ticket to the event are allowed to bring their assistant free of charge. This exemption does not apply to holders of a level II disability identification card.

These industrial spaces are located right in the centre of Ostrava, so you don’t have to worry about long journeys around the city. The nearest public transport stop is Karolina. The hall is located 800m/10 min. walk from this stop.
Ostrava is easily accessible by train or bus.
We do not recommend driving to the event due to the problematic parking around the hall. It is possible to park in the adjacent streets.
