The festival is only open to visitors over the age of 18. No exceptions.
Festival tickets are tied to a name (services are not). Name changes are subject to a fee. It is not possible to change names on Combo tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
To prevent overselling and ticket fraud, tickets will be sent 1 month before the festival via email. At that time they will also be available on the NFCtron mobile app.
Tickets will also be available for resale on Ticketswap afterwards. Combo, Rave mates and Rave crew tickets cannot be resold.
