Does my name have to be on the ticket, and will they check my ID?

Tickets are bound to the name. When purchasing, please state the name of the visitor attending the event. When entering the festival, you must show your ID, the name must match the name on the ticket. NOTE: Name verification applies only to festival tickets, including one-day tickets. It does not apply to other services.

What are the payment options and methods for purchasing tickets?

Tickets can only be purchased online on our website, letitroll.cz. Payment options include: by entering credit card, by using the service Google Pay and Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card on these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari). by bank transfer by deferred bank transfer with a 45-day payment term. This method allows you to book tickets at current prices, but you can make payment within 45 days without any increase in price. via split paymentsthanks to which you can spread the total amount of the order into several payments and pay them gradually over time without increasing the price. You can read more about this method in this article.

When and how will I receive my tickets after making a purchase?

After purchasing a ticket, you will not receive a ticket immediately. Tickets are secured and locked in the ticketing platform NFCtron and will be available (at the latest) 24h before the event. This is because we want to eliminate any fraudulent ticket sales. Once the tickets are unlocked, you will receive your ticket via email and they will also automatically unlock in NFCtron mobile app.

How can I change the name on the ticket if I want to transfer it to someone else?

You can change your name in your NFCtron customer account for a fee of 150 Kč. You can change your name until the end of the event (provided your ticket has not yet been checked in). https://tickets.nfctron.com/ → My Events → Event Name → “Change Holder Name” button. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded.

I want to give a ticket as a gift. How can I purchase it as a gift for someone else?

Want to give someone a ticket to Let It Roll? Since we don’t send out tickets until right before the event and they are also tied to a name, the best way to buy them is with a “Gift Voucher”. How do you do it? → Choose your ticket → In the 2nd step of the order “Add to your tickets” add “Gift voucher for a ticket” to the basket (charged 20 CZK) → After payment, you will receive a PDF voucher with a QR code, to which you can add a personal message. → In a separate email you will also receive instructions for activating the ticket & a special link to give to the recipient incl. Can I split my ticket purchase into multiple parts or defer payment until later?

Thanks to the “Split Payment” payment method, you can split your payment for tickets, services, and pre-loaded cashless credit into several payments. With no price increase or additional fees. Read the terms and conditions and how it works here.

What should I do if I can't go—can I get a refund or sell my ticket safely?

Tickets to the festival are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, you can securely resell your ticket through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market. Just log in to your customer account, click the Tickets Market icon in the top menu and select the ticket you want to sell. Click the “Sell Ticket” button to list the ticket for sale. Once the ticket is sold, you’ll receive the amount for your ticket back in your account, minus 10% of the ticket price. The difference goes to the organizer to cover fees associated with this transaction. When a ticket is resold, the name and contact information of the new holder will automatically be updated, and the ticket will be transferred to them. ℹ️ For technical reasons it is not possible to sell Rave mates and Rave crew tickets. For Rave mates/crew tickets it is only possible to do a name change. ℹ️ “Combo” tickets can only be resold until the date of the winter festival; after that, it will only be possible to change the name on the ticket. Please note that for Combo tickets, it is not possible to resell the ticket if cashless credit has already been topped up on it. ℹ️ We do not have an integrated secureswap service on Ticketswap. What are the terms and discounts on tickets for ZTP and ZTP/P cardholders?

Wheelchair users who hold a severe disability card (equivalent to the Czech ZTP/P) and a valid festival ticket are entitled to bring one personal assistant/companion completely free of charge. How to claim the free assistant ticket? We’ll issue a free pass for your assistant right at the registration desk at the event venue.. You will just need to present your valid festival ticket and your official disability card. ⚠️ Please note that this exception does not apply to standard disability cardholders without the requirement of an assistant (equivalent to the Czech ZTP / Type II disability).

How can I add credit to my wristband online before the festival?

You can top up your credit online for free before the event at no charge. We will publish the link. Enter the number of your festival ticket, the ticket holder’s name, and top up your money (the minimum top-up amount is 100 CZK). Please note that for Combo tickets, it is not possible to resell the ticket if cashless credit has already been topped up on it. This year, it is possible to top up your credit online even during the event. This new feature requires a stable internet connection. We are significantly strengthening the signal at the festival, but overloads may still occur and online top-up may not be available. In such cases, top-up points at the venue are fully at your disposal.

How do I activate my wristband, and how do I use it to pay on the premises?

Upon entering the festival area, you will be given a festival wristband with a chip at the wristband station. You can top up your wristband at the top-up booth (if you haven’t already done so online). The first on-site top-up costs 50 Kč, and the minimum top-up amount is 100 Kč. You can pay in cash or by card. If you’ve pre-loaded your wristband online, your funds will be automatically transferred to the wristband as soon as your ticket and wristband are linked. When pre-loading online, the one-time 50 Kč fee is NOT charged. NEW! This year, you can top up online, even during the event. This service requires a stable internet connection. We significantly boost the signal at the festival, but even so, the network may become overloaded and online top-ups may not be available. In that case, top-up stations within the music venue are available for your use. Download the NFCtron app, scan your activated chip and track your spending even more conveniently! With the app, you can also rate your orders, receive notifications about completed payments, top up your wristband credit online during the festival, and—after the event ends—easily request a refund of any remaining credit to your bank account within 14 days. After each order, the vendor will show you the remaining balance. You can also check your spending in the NFCtron mobile app simply by scanning the chip.

How do I request a refund for the remaining credit on my wristband after the festival?

Once the event is over, simply open the NFCtron app (Android | iOS) Request a refund for any unused Bolts. Simply scan the chip, click on “REQUEST A REFUND,” and follow the instructions. If, for any reason, you don’t want to download the app, ask for a receipt with a QR code at the top-up station; scan it, and you’ll see the option to get a credit refund right on the main screen. You have 14 days to do that. Requests received after this deadline will no longer be processed. Requests are typically processed within 14 business days. Refund Policy: The system automatically monitors the return of unused funds. Your request may be temporarily rejected, and you may subsequently be asked to explain your request in the following cases: Duplicate entries for the same bank account across more than 3 requests. A large discrepancy between the number of returned cups and the deposits paid. NFCtron does not collect any personal data; all information is used solely on a one-time basis to transfer the remaining credit balance to a bank account.

How can I check my credit balance in the mobile app?

For an even better event experience, download the NFCtron mobile app, scan your activated chip, top up your credit online, and track your spending even more conveniently! (Android | iOS). With the app, you can also rate orders with stars and comments, providing us with feedback for future editions. After the event ends, you can easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days. The app is available on App Store and Google Play. NFC technology in your phone is required for full app functionality.

FASTEST ROUTE

The fastest way directly to the festival gates within Prague. No parking worries.

Travel from Prague city center:

Metro C (Red): Take metro line C to Nádraží Holešovice station. From there, it’s either a 10-minute walk directly to the Výstaviště grounds, or you can switch to a tram.
Tram: From Nádraží Holešovice station (or directly from the center from Wenceslas Square / Masaryk Station), take tram 1, 6, 12, or 17 and get off at the Výstaviště stop. The stop is located right in front of the Výstaviště entrance.

WHERE TO PARK

Arriving by car? Find out where to park safely and conveniently near the venue.

Driving and parking options:

Parking at Výstaviště: Use the paid parking lots directly within the Výstaviště Praha grounds (entrance from Za Elektrárnou street). However, capacity is limited, so we recommend arriving early.
P+R parking (Recommended): The easiest option is to park at one of the P+R lots on the outskirts of Prague (e.g., P+R Letňany, P+R Černý Most, or P+R Nádraží Holešovice) and take the metro (line C) to the festival.
Blue zones: Residential blue zones are in effect around Holešovice. For visitors, purple/orange mixed zones are available via the CityMove app or Virtual Parking Meter.

Tip:
Traffic jams are frequent in the Prague 7 area, especially during exhibitions and major cultural events. The hall is very easily and comfortably accessible by public transport, so we recommend using it.

TRAIN / PUBLIC TRANSPORT

TRAVELING FROM FURTHER AWAY

The ideal choice if you're coming from further away. You can reach the festival within 15 minutes from Prague's main stations.

Travel from Prague city center:

From the Main Station (Hlavní nádraží): Get on metro C (direction Letňany) and go 3 stops to Nádraží Holešovice station. Switch to tram no. 6, 12, or 17 and go to the Výstaviště stop (1 stop).
From Nádraží Holešovice: If your train stops directly at Nádraží Holešovice, exit the platform towards the trams. It’s just 1 tram stop (lines 1, 6, 12, 17) or about an 8-minute walk to Výstaviště.
From Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží): Switch to tram no. 6 or 14 from the nearby Jindřišská or Dlážděná stop and go directly to the Výstaviště stop.

What is the minimum age for attending the festival, and what is the age limit?

Let It Roll is rated for ages 18 and up.

Where can I download the official festival mobile app?

Information regarding the mobile app will be released later.

Can I leave the festival during the night and come back?

It is not possible to leave the festival grounds during the night and return multiple times; however, a designated outdoor area will be available (not only) for smokers.

Where should I go if I have a medical problem, and where can I find first aid or a Hard & Smart booth?

Medical personnel will be on site. Security guards and firefighters will also be patrolling the grounds to ensure everyone’s safety. Please report any problems immediately to our security staff.

If don’t feel well, seek outplease the Hard & Smart booth, where you canyou rest, recharge your batteries or get advice from trained staff.

Where should I report a loss, or where can I find lost items (Lost and Found)?

How does the returnable deposit cup system work at bars?

In order to save the environment from tons of waste, you will find backup cups at Let It Roll Winter as well. When you buy another drink, each cup will be exchanged for a clean one.

Cups can be returned at bars. It is only possible to return the same number of cups that were purchased with a given chip. Damaged or otherwise degraded cups cannot be redeemed.

Deposit for a cup = CZK 100, i.e. 2 BLT.

Will there be a smoking area at the festival?

Yes. There will be a designated outdoor area for smokers (this also applies to e-cigarettes).

Will there be a cloakroom or locker area at the festival where I can store my belongings?

During the festival, you can store your belongings in Lockerboxes. Pre-sales for this service will begin at a later date.

On site, it will be possible to store items in the cloakroom. (Payment is only accepted on-site.) However, we recommend using Lockerbox, where you won’t have to wait in line to pick up your jacket.

The location of the cloakroom and lockers will be marked on the festival map.
