I want to give a ticket as a gift. How can I purchase it as a gift for someone else?

Want to give someone a ticket to Let It Roll? Since we don’t send out tickets until right before the event and they are also tied to a name, the best way to buy them is with a “Gift Voucher”. How to do it? → Choose your ticket → In the 2nd step of the order “Add to your tickets” add “Gift voucher for a ticket” to the basket (charged 20 CZK) → After payment, you will receive a PDF voucher with a QR code, to which you can add a personal message. → In a separate email you will also receive instructions for activating the ticket & a special link to give to the recipient incl. PDF voucher with QR code

What should I do if I can't go—can I get a refund or sell my ticket safely?

Tickets to the festival are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, you can securely resell your ticket through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market. Just log in to your customer account, click the Tickets Market icon in the top menu and select the ticket you want to sell. Click the “Sell Ticket” button to list the ticket for sale. Once the ticket is sold, you’ll receive the amount for your ticket back in your account, minus 10% of the ticket price. The difference goes to the organizer to cover fees associated with this transaction. When a ticket is resold, the name and contact information of the new holder will automatically be updated, and the ticket will be transferred to them. ℹ️ For technical reasons it is not possible to sell Rave mates and Rave crew tickets. For Rave mates/crew tickets it is only possible to do a name change. ℹ️ Tickets “Combo” can only be resold until the date of the winter festival, after that it will only be possible to change the name on the ticket. ℹ️ We do not have an integrated secureswap service on Ticketswap. We are not responsible for any problems associated with reselling tickets on this portal. Please use the official resale system (see above).

How can I change the name on the ticket if I want to transfer it to someone else?

You can change your name in your NFCtron customer account for a fee of 150 Kč. You can change your name until the end of the event (provided your ticket has not yet been checked in). https://tickets.nfctron.com/ → My Events → Event Name → “Change Holder Name” button. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded.

Does my name have to be on the ticket, and will they check my ID?

Tickets are bound to the name. When purchasing, please state the name of the visitor attending the event. When entering the festival, you must show your ID, the name must match the name on the ticket. NOTE: Name verification applies only to festival tickets, including one-day tickets. It does not apply to other services.

Can I split my ticket purchase into multiple parts or defer payment until later?

Thanks to the “Split Payment” payment method, you can split your payment for tickets, services and pre-loaded cashless credit into thirds. No price increase and no additional fees. Read the terms and conditions and how it works here.

What are the payment options and methods for purchasing tickets?

Tickets can only be purchased online on our website, letitroll.cz. Payment options include: by entering credit card, by using the service Google Pay and Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card on these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari). by bank transfer by deferred bank transfer with a 45-day payment term. This method allows you to book tickets at current prices, but you can make payment within 45 days without any increase in price. via split paymentsthanks to which you can spread the total amount of the order into several payments and pay them gradually over time without increasing the price. When and how will I receive my tickets after making a purchase?

After purchasing a ticket, you will not receive a ticket immediately. Tickets are secured and locked in the ticketing platform NFCtron and will be available (at the latest) 24h before the event. This is because we want to eliminate any fraudulent ticket sales. Once the tickets are unlocked, you will receive your ticket via email and they will also automatically unlock in NFCtron mobile app.

What is a cashless system, and how does the festival wristband work?

A festival wallet. A secure method of payment at all sales points at the festival. A payment method that allows you to have perfect control over your spending and pay within seconds simply by tapping the chip to the sales device. A chip festival wristband that serves as a ticket, granting visitors access to the summer festival area and movement within it.

How do you pay at the festival, and can you use cash or a regular card?

The festival is cashless. All payments on the festival grounds are made using a contactless wristband, which you’ll receive upon entering the festival. Prices at the festival are listed in the festival currency (Bolt). You can top up your wristband for free about 2 weeks before the festival here: https://tickets.nfctron.com/. A fee of 50 CZK will be charged for the first on-site charge. NEW! This year, you can top up online, even during the event. This service requires a stable internet connection. We significantly boost the signal at the festival, but even so, the network may become overloaded and online top-ups may not be available. In that case, top-up stations are available for your use. Unused funds can be refunded within 14 days after the festival. Please read the complete information carefully on our website as soon as it is published.

How can I check my credit balance in the mobile app?

For an even better event experience, download the NFCtron mobile app, scan your activated chip, top up your credit online, and track your spending even more conveniently! (Android | iOS). With the app, you can also rate orders with stars and comments, providing us with feedback for future editions. After the event ends, you can easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days. The app is available on App Store and Google Play. NFC technology in your phone is required for full app functionality.

How do I request a refund for the remaining credit on my wristband after the festival?

Once the event is over, simply open the NFCtron app (Android | iOS) Request a refund for any unused Bolts. Simply scan the chip, click on “REQUEST A REFUND,” and follow the instructions. If, for any reason, you don’t want to download the app, ask for a receipt with a QR code at the top-up station; scan it, and you’ll see the option to get a credit refund right on the main screen. You have 14 days to do that. Requests received after this deadline will no longer be processed. Requests are typically processed within 14 business days. Refund Policy: The system automatically monitors the return of unused funds. Your request may be temporarily rejected, and you may subsequently be asked to explain your request in the following cases: Duplicate entries for the same bank account across more than 3 requests. A large discrepancy between the number of returned cups and the deposits paid. NFCtron does not collect any personal data; all information is used solely on a one-time basis to transfer the remaining credit balance to a bank account.

How can I add credit to my wristband online before the festival?

You can top up your credit online for free before the event at no charge. We will publish we’ll publish the link. Enter the number of your festival ticket, the ticket holder’s name, and top up your money (the minimum top-up amount is 100 CZK).

How do I activate my wristband, and how do I use it to pay on the premises?

Upon entering the festival area, you will be given a festival wristband with a chip at the wristband station. You can top up your wristband at the top-up booth (if you haven’t already done so online). The first on-site top-up costs 50 Kč, and the minimum top-up amount is 100 Kč. You can pay in cash or by card. If you’ve pre-loaded your wristband online, your funds will be automatically transferred to the wristband as soon as your ticket and wristband are linked. When pre-loading online, the one-time 50 Kč fee is NOT charged. NEW! This year, you can top up online, even during the event. This service requires a stable internet connection. We significantly boost the signal at the festival, but even so, the network may become overloaded and online top-ups may not be available. In that case, top-up stations within the music venue are available for your use. Download the NFCtron app, scan your activated chip and track your spending even more conveniently! With the app, you can also rate your orders, receive notifications about completed payments, top up your wristband credit online during the festival, and—after the event ends—easily request a refund of any remaining credit to your bank account within 14 days.
