When and how will I receive my tickets after making a purchase?

After purchasing a ticket, you will not receive a ticket immediately. Tickets are secured and locked in the ticketing platform NFCtron and will be available (at the latest) 24h before the event. This is because we want to eliminate any fraudulent ticket sales. Once the tickets are unlocked, you will receive your ticket via email and they will also automatically unlock in NFCtron mobile app.

What are the payment options and methods for purchasing tickets?

Tickets can only be purchased online on our website, letitroll.cz. Payment options include: by entering credit card, by using the service Google Pay and Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card on these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari). by bank transfer by deferred bank transfer with a 45-day payment term. This method allows you to book tickets at current prices, but you can make payment within 45 days without any increase in price. via split paymentsthanks to which you can spread the total amount of the order into several payments and pay them gradually over time without increasing the price. Can I split my ticket purchase into multiple parts or defer payment until later?

Thanks to the “Split Payment” payment method, you can split your payment for tickets, services and pre-loaded cashless credit into thirds. No price increase and no additional fees. Read the terms and conditions and how it works here.

Does my name have to be on the ticket, and will they check my ID?

Tickets are bound to the name. When purchasing, please state the name of the visitor attending the event. When entering the festival, you must show your ID, the name must match the name on the ticket. NOTE: Name verification applies only to festival tickets, including one-day tickets. It does not apply to other services.

How can I change the name on the ticket if I want to transfer it to someone else?

You can change your name in your NFCtron customer account for a fee of 150 Kč. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded.

I want to give a ticket as a gift. How can I purchase it as a gift for someone else?

Want to give someone a ticket to Let It Roll? Since we don’t send out tickets until right before the event and they are also tied to a name, the best way to buy them is with a “Gift Voucher”. What should I do if I can't go—can I get a refund or sell my ticket safely?

Tickets to the festival are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, you can securely resell your ticket through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market. Just log in to your customer account, click the Tickets Market icon in the top menu and select the ticket you want to sell. Click the “Sell Ticket” button to list the ticket for sale. Once the ticket is sold, you’ll receive the amount for your ticket back in your account, minus 10% of the ticket price. The difference goes to the organizer to cover fees associated with this transaction. When a ticket is resold, the name and contact information of the new holder will automatically be updated, and the ticket will be transferred to them. ℹ️ For technical reasons it is not possible to sell Rave mates and Rave crew tickets. For Rave mates/crew tickets it is only possible to do a name change. ℹ️ “Combo” tickets can only be resold until the date of the winter festival; after that, it will only be possible to change the name on the ticket. Wheelchair users who hold a severe disability card (equivalent to the Czech ZTP/P) and a valid festival ticket are entitled to bring one personal assistant/companion completely free of charge. What are the basic camping rules and when do the campsites open?

Campsites open on Wednesday, Aug 4, 2027, at 4:00 PM. All Immortalz must leave the campsite/festival by Sunday, Aug 8, 2027, at 12:00 PM at the latest. Before leaving, every visitor is responsible for cleaning up their rented tent or camping spot. If for any reason you don’t want to lug your tent or sleeping bag back home, please don’t leave them at the campsite or throw them away. If they are in usable condition, you can drop them off at the Info Point, and we will donate them to a Salvation Army social facility. Quiet hours apply in every campsite from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

What are the types of campsites at the festival and how do they differ?

IMMORTAL CAMP ⛺︎ Bringing your own tent and just need a basic campsite? This is the choice for you! For the Immortal camp, you’ll just need a basic Camping Pass, which is mandatory for everyone who wants to camp at the festival. Or if you are an environmentally-minded Immortalz, you can also reserve a place in a special section of the ECO camp on top (for free). If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you can add a free reservation to your Camping Pass at Silent Camp (NEW), where music from the speakers will be limited and the campsite will be located further away from the music area and other zones, ensuring a more peaceful environment where you can relax, refresh and prepare for the day ahead. If you wanna save yourself the trouble of finding a spot in the campsite and have your tent spot in advance, you can book a 1 or 5-tent pitch at Spot Camp. You’ll only need one parcel per group, but keep in mind, everyone still needs their own Camping Pass ticket. How can we make sure we camp next to our friends?

At Immortal Camp, you can camp next to each other however you’d like. There is no one who will assign your spots. If you want to camp next to each other in the other camps (Spot, Car & Tent, Caravan Spot, Tent Inn, or Chill Village), we recommend that the first group to arrive at the festival have all the tickets for that specific campsite with them. However, based on previous years, you can simply inform the staff at the reception that you have more people coming later for additional spots, and they will allow you to camp next to each other IF POSSIBLE.

What are the rules for arrival and departure from the Caravan Camp?

You can enter and leave the Caravan Camp at any time.

How can I add credit to my wristband online before the festival?

You can top up your credit online for free before the event at no charge. We will publish the link. Enter the number of your festival ticket, the ticket holder’s name, and top up your money (the minimum top-up amount is 100 CZK). Please note that for Combo tickets, it is not possible to resell the ticket if cashless credit has already been topped up on it. This year, it is possible to top up your credit online even during the event. This new feature requires a stable internet connection. We are significantly strengthening the signal at the festival, but overloads may still occur and online top-up may not be available. In such cases, top-up points at the venue are fully at your disposal.

How do I activate my wristband, and how do I use it to pay on the premises?

Upon entering the festival area, you will be given a festival wristband with a chip at the wristband station. You can top up your wristband at the top-up booth (if you haven’t already done so online). The first on-site top-up costs 50 Kč, and the minimum top-up amount is 100 Kč. You can pay in cash or by card. If you’ve pre-loaded your wristband online, your funds will be automatically transferred to the wristband as soon as your ticket and wristband are linked. When pre-loading online, the one-time 50 Kč fee is NOT charged. NEW! This year, you can top up online, even during the event. This service requires a stable internet connection. We significantly boost the signal at the festival, but even so, the network may become overloaded and online top-ups may not be available. In that case, top-up stations within the music venue are available for your use. Download the NFCtron app, scan your activated chip and track your spending even more conveniently! With the app, you can also rate your orders, receive notifications about completed payments, top up your wristband credit online during the festival, and—after the event ends—easily request a refund of any remaining credit to your bank account within 14 days. After each order, the vendor will show you the remaining balance. You can also check your spending in the NFCtron mobile app simply by scanning the chip.

How do I request a refund for the remaining credit on my wristband after the festival?

Once the event is over, simply open the NFCtron app (Android | iOS) Request a refund for any unused Bolts. Simply scan the chip, click on “REQUEST A REFUND,” and follow the instructions. If, for any reason, you don’t want to download the app, ask for a receipt with a QR code at the top-up station; scan it, and you’ll see the option to get a credit refund right on the main screen. You have 14 days to do that. Requests received after this deadline will no longer be processed. Requests are typically processed within 14 business days. Refund Policy: The system automatically monitors the return of unused funds. Your request may be temporarily rejected, and you may subsequently be asked to explain your request in the following cases: Duplicate entries for the same bank account across more than 3 requests. A large discrepancy between the number of returned cups and the deposits paid. A chip festival wristband that serves as a ticket, granting visitors access to the summer festival area and movement within it.

Where can I find a map of the festival grounds and the stage layout?

What does the Comfort Zone include and who can access it?

It is a platform with a view of the mainstage, including a bar where you can buy drinks. Separate flush toilets will also be located near the platform. A major advantage of the Comfort upgrade ticket is the dedicated festival entrance, allowing you to avoid queues at the gate. Opening hours follow the opening hours of the festival arena.

Where can I find showers and toilets?

Showers will be close at hand everywhere: You can find them at the Chill Village, Tent Inn, and Caravan/Car Tent areas, as well as at the plaza between the campsites, just like in previous years. Showers are accessible 24/7 throughout the festival. A single use of the shower is subject to a fee (1.5 BLT). In all campsites and the festival arena, you will find exclusively ceramic flushing toilets. Please help us keep them clean; it’s for your own comfort. Most importantly, do not throw anything into them, as this can cause the entire toilet container to clog.

Where can I find free drinking water at the festival?

There are taps with free drinking water located throughout the festival grounds and the campground. You may bring empty plastic bottles with a capacity of up to 1 liter into the festival grounds to fill with water. For safety reasons, bottles must be empty upon entry. Glass bottles are not permitted anywhere on the festival grounds, including the campsites.

How does the returnable deposit cup system work at bars?

The washable cup scheme applies to 0,1l – 0,5l cups (including those for hot drinks). The cup is backed up by 2 BLT deposit from the cashless wristband, which will be deducted from your first purchase. Each visitor can only return as many cups as they have purchased for their wristband. Otherwise, the payment wristband will be blocked and the visitor must visit the info booth. When returning an undeleted cup, the original amount will be loaded back onto the cashless wristband. You will not find plastic straws or disposable plastic utensils at the festival. All materials are 100% compostable.

What food and drinks will be available at the festival (vegan, gluten-free options)?

At Let It Roll, you’ll find several different food zones offering a diverse range for meat-eaters, vegetarians, and vegans alike. You’ll also find several bars and cafes in the campsite. A non-stop bar will be available in the Homebase zone throughout the entire festival. You can rate individual transactions within the NFCtron app, so don’t hesitate to leave a review and help us choose vendors for future editions. If you have a specific diet or nutritional needs, we also recommend bringing some of your own supplies so you don’t miss out during the festival. You can bring an unlimited amount of food into the campsite.

Where can I find the Rollin Store festival shop and what can I buy there?

The Rollin Store festival shop is located in the Homebase zone (see festival map) and is open 24/7. In the Store, you’ll find a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh pastries, cheeses and cold cuts, sandwiches and baguettes, snacks, drinks, ice cream, toiletries, tobacco products, and much more.

Where can I find the Info Point and what can I get help with there?

What can I bring with me to the venue and which items are prohibited?

First of all, thanks for respecting the security checks at the festival and music area entrance. They ensure the safety of us all. If anything is confiscated during the security check, you’ll have the option to store these items in the lockerbox for a fee (with the exception of pressurized cylinders, which will be irreversibly disposed of), or you can take the items back to your car (please note that parking lots are not guarded) or anywhere outside the festival grounds. We would like to remind you that the Czech Republic has a zero tolerance policy for addictive substances. 🟢 ALLOWED: ✓ Prescription medications (over-the-counter medications, medical cannabis, etc.) may be brought into the festival, but only if the following 3 conditions are met during the entry check: Original pharmacy packaging with a label attached (prescription label) stating your name and the name of the pharmacy. Proof of dispensing (e.g., a screenshot from the ePrescription app showing your name and details of the dispensed medication, or a paper confirmation from the pharmacy). ID card that matches the name on the medication and the confirmation. Medications that need to be kept cool can be stored in the medical service tent. Please note: The amount of medication must correspond to the duration of the festival. Throughout the festival, several options are available to visitors for non-stop storage of valuables, backpacks, and clothing or items confiscated during security checks (with the exception ofspray cans, which cannot be stored anywhere on the festival grounds for safety reasons). The storage area is located in the Homebase 24/7 zone. You can find the location on the map. Where can I take a breathalyzer test to check for residual alcohol before leaving the festival?

This year, you’ll again be able to check your blood alcohol level using a breathalyzer. If you know you’ll be driving, don’t consume alcohol or any other substances that could affect your driving. If you don’t feel up to driving, postpone it, get some rest, and have something to eat. Safety always comes first. You can expect checks by the Czech Police every time you leave the festival grounds, and they may test visitors for both alcohol and drugs. So, always think twice before heading out.

Where should I go if I have a medical problem, and where can I find first aid or a Hard & Smart booth?

The main emergency and fire station could be found on the festival map. Please feel free to also contact security or contact us, the organizers, directly via social networks Instagram and Facebook. Don’t exceed your limits, drink plenty of water, eat well and don’t forget to rest properly. If you’re not familiar with them yet, you can stop by when: you feel like the party is getting to be too much replenish fluids and minerals have some fresh fruit you need condoms or chewing gum you want to chill out. So make sure you come see them!

How do we sort waste at the festival?

Please help us properly sort festival waste into the appropriate bins at the so-called green points located throughout the grounds (plastic, aluminum, glass, bio waste – compost, food waste – leftovers). At the info stand, you can also drop off unneeded camping gear, which will be donated to people experiencing homelessness. Every visitor with a camping ticket will receive a drawstring trash bag upon entering the grounds. We ask all visitors to clean up after themselves before leaving the festival. If you need another bag, just ask for one at the info stand. Don’t throw away cigarette butts. Ashtrays will be located at selected trash bins.

What are the best ways to get to the festival venue?

We are currently preparing the Shuttle Bus service and fine-tuning the final details. Tickets and exact departure times will be released for sale soon.

What is the best route by car or train if I'm traveling on my own?

If you’re planning to reach the festival on your own, here are a few tips: 🚌 BUS & TRAIN 🚄 If you want to head out from Prague on your own, you can take a train from the Main Station (Hl. nádraží) or Nádraží Holešovice to Most. In Most, you can then use the shuttle service provided by the Most transport company, which will take you to the festival grounds for free. Případně můžeš jet autobusem z autobusového nádraží Florenc či Hradčanská do Mostu (Most, Rudolická MUS a.s) a následně využít kyvadlovou nebo městskou veřejnou dopravu od dopravního podniku města Most. For safety reasons, it is not possible to sleep in cars in the parking lot. Are you arriving with a caravan, van, or car and planning to sleep in it? In that case, Car camp is the right choice for you. If you need electricity for your caravan to function, we recommend the Caravan Spot (9 x 5 m). If you’re coming by car and would like to pitch a tent next to it, choose the Car & Tent spot (9 x 3 m). You can share both spots with a group of friends, just remember that each of you must have your own Camping ticket. 🛬 AIRPLANE If you’re heading to the festival by air from abroad, we recommend flying to Václav Havel Airport Prague, where you can catch the LIR Shuttle bus that takes you directly to the festival. Alternatively, you can use public transport to the city center and then take a train from Prague Main Station to Most. In Most, you can then use the shuttle service provided by the Most transport company, which will take you to the festival grounds. More information on the local shuttle service will be released soon. When do the festival grounds open and what are the opening hours?

Opening times for the music area and campsites will be announced at a later date.

Where can I park and how does the festival parking work?

Detailed information regarding individual parking lots will be released later.

Please note that all cars must leave the parking lot by Sunday, August 8, at 12:00 PM at the latest, otherwise they risk being towed at the owner’s expense. In the case of one-day parking, cars must leave the parking lot by 12:00 PM the following day.

What documents do I need to bring to enter the festival?

You will need an ID (or other photo ID) with you to prove your identity during the checking your name on the festival ticket. At the same time, we strongly recommend that all visitors carry an insurance card in case of medical treatment.

When are the individual DJs playing and where can I find the timetable?

The timetable for individual artists and the accompanying program will be published later.

Where can I download the official festival mobile app?

Information regarding the mobile app will be released later.

Where and when can I buy official festival merch?

You can find the Let It Roll collection on our e-shop. Of course, you’ll also be able to buy merchandise at the festival at the merch stand in the festival area, so be sure to stop by for a piece. At the stand, you can only pay with a cashless wristband or a credit card.

Can I take photos and videos at the festival on my phone or camera?

Taking photos and videos at the festival on cameras and phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is only possible by prior arrangement and approved accreditation. If you are interested in such accreditation, please contact petr.dunka@beatworx.cz. When using photos and recordings, it is always necessary to visibly mention where the footage was taken.

Is it allowed to fly a drone within the festival grounds or the campsite?

The use of drones is strictly prohibited at the festival!

Any unannounced drone takeoff may lead to its grounding and sanctions for the pilot, without any right to compensation in case of damage or loss of the device.

All drone takeoffs are possible only with express permission from the festival organizers.

What about swimming in the lake?

Immortalz, we would like to inform you that the lake is not part of the festival grounds—swimming is, of course, permitted there, but it does carry certain risks. Therefore, please be aware that:

Entering the lake is at your own risk
Be considerate and look out for others
The beach is not publicly supervised. We will have security personnel by the water and we try to do our best for your safety, but the responsibility lies with each of us
Do not swim under the influence of alcohol or other substances
Do not go swimming at night

At the same time, please take care of yourselves and others, and don’t overestimate your abilities. Alcohol and other substances significantly increase the risk of drowning, and we want you to enjoy the festival safely and in good health.

Where should I report a loss, or where can I find lost items (Lost and Found)?

At the Infopoint/Customer Care you can get all the information about the festival, you can buy earplugs and 1,5l of water. Do not hesitate to ask if you are unclear about anything. They will also be collecting lost and founds there. If you have a serious problem with the organization of the festival, please report it to the information desk as soon as possible.

What are the risks associated with dangerous substances and what is the Czech Police's approach to them?

We would like to highlight the increased risks and the current situation in the Czech Republic. Dangerous substances, often of unknown composition and with very strong or unpredictable effects, are appearing more and more frequently on the Czech market. In some cases, these substances can be fatal even after a single use. Pay attention to this article and enjoy the festival risk-free.

What are the Party Commandments and how to stay safe at the festival?

Drink enough water, always eat well before partying, and don’t push your limits
If you’re not feeling well, slow down and rest or ask a medic for help
Our events are a safe space for everyone – racism, sexism, and disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated
Be considerate and help your fellow ravers – we are one family
You only have one pair of ears, protect your hearing and use earplugs
Follow the instructions of the organizers and security, and don’t hesitate to reach out to them if you run into a problem. You can also contact us on social media.
Never consume alcohol or psychoactive substances if you’re planning to drive after the party
Watch your belongings; the cloakroom and lockers are there for you
Only move within areas designated for visitors
Alcohol and psychoactive substance use is never without risk

The Police of the Czech Republic wish to inform you that the following actions are illegal under local laws:

driving under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances
possession of psychoactive substances for personal use
production and distribution of psychoactive substances

The law takes a zero-tolerance stance toward these illegal acts!

Depending on the severity of the specific action, a fine of up to 50,000 CZK or imprisonment may be imposed. In the case of driving under the influence of addictive substances, your driver’s license will be seized on the spot! Please note that when leaving the festival, the Czech Police will be checking drivers for influence.
