Entrance to the event area is possible from 18 years of age. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
You can pay by card or in cash at the venue, in either Czech korunas or euros. There will be no ATM at the event venue, so please withdraw enough cash at your discretion.
It is forbidden to bring into the area any drinks, food, weapons, drugs, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic bottles, camelbacks or any sharp objects that could endanger other visitors. Dealers who are caught on the premises selling drugs will be handed over to the police with the assistance of security. If you see such a person, please let our security staff know.
All visitors are required to undergo a security check; we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If there is a line, please refrain from pushing, as this will not speed up your entry to the event. Smoking is prohibited in the club—please respect this rule. Our video team will be filming on-site during the event. Please be considerate toward them; as a reward, you might appear in the aftermovie.
Photography and video recording at the festival using cameras, camcorders, and cell phones is permitted. Recording with professional equipment is permitted only by prior arrangement and with approved accreditation. When using photos and recordings, you must always clearly indicate where the footage was taken.

Tickets can be purchased online on our website or in person, if tickets are still available.
On the website, you can pay by credit card or using Google Pay or Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card saved in those services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari).
After purchasing a ticket, you will not receive it immediately. Tickets are secured and locked within the NFCtron ticketing platform and will be made available (at the latest) 24 hours before the event. This is because we strive to eliminate any fraudulent ticket sales. As soon as the tickets are unlocked, you’ll receive your ticket via email, and they’ll also be automatically unlocked in NFCtron mobile app.
Tickets for this event are not tied to a name. However, when purchasing, please provide us with all contact details correctly so that we are able to deliver your ticket to you.
Tickets for the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you can safely resell your ticket through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market. Simply log in to your customer account, click the Tickets Market icon in the top menu, and select the ticket you want to sell. You’ll be able to sell your ticket here even before the physical tickets are mailed out.
Click the “Sell Ticket” button to list the ticket for sale. Once the ticket is sold, you will receive the amount for your tickets back into your account, minus 10% of the total amount. The difference goes to the organizer to cover fees associated with this transaction. When a ticket is resold, , the name and contact information of the new holder will automatically be updated, and the ticket will be transferred to them.
Tickets can be purchased exclusively on our website. We do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased anywhere else. On Ticketswap, , we do not have the Secureswap service integrated. 2.4. Visitors who present their level III disability identification card and a ticket to the event are allowed to bring their assistant free of charge. This exemption does not apply to holders of a level II disability identification card.
