Tickets to the festival are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, you can securely resell your ticket through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market.
Just log in to your customer account, click the Tickets Market icon in the top menu and select the ticket you want to sell. Click the “Sell Ticket” button to list the ticket for sale. Once the ticket is sold, you’ll receive the amount for your ticket back in your account, minus 10% of the ticket price. The difference goes to the organizer to cover fees associated with this transaction. When a ticket is resold, the name and contact information of the new holder will automatically be updated, and the ticket will be transferred to them.
ℹ️ For technical reasons it is not possible to sell Rave mates and Rave crew tickets. For Rave mates/crew tickets it is only possible to do a name change.
ℹ️ Tickets “Combo” can only be resold until the date of the winter festival, after that it will only be possible to change the name on the ticket.

You can change your name in your NFCtron customer account for a fee of 150 Kč. You can change your name until the end of the event (provided your ticket has not yet been checked in).
