After purchasing a ticket, you will not receive a ticket immediately. Tickets are secured and locked in the ticketing platform NFCtron and will be available (at the latest) 24h before the event. This is because we want to eliminate any fraudulent ticket sales. Once the tickets are unlocked, you will receive your ticket via email and they will also automatically unlock in NFCtron mobile app.

Tickets are bound to the name. When purchasing, please state the name of the visitor attending the event. When entering the festival, you must show your ID, the name must match the name on the ticket.
