How to get to the festival?

SHUTTLE BUS

THE EASIEST WAY

Direct connection to the festival from Prague city center and the airport (& other European cities). Ideal if you don't want to deal with parking.

We will publish the timetable and exact platform locations here soon.
The ticket price includes 1 large piece of luggage (max. 80x60x40 cm up to 30 kg) + carry-on luggage (medium-sized backpack up to 30l, no large hiking backpacks). Each additional piece of luggage is subject to a fee—see the Additional Luggage ticket.

TRAIN/PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Practical route

Get to Most by public transport and use the local bus to reach the lake. Ideal for visitors without a car.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I can't go—can I get a refund or sell my ticket safely?

Tickets to the festival are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, you can securely resell your ticket through the official resale channel NFCtron Tickets Market.

Just log in to your customer account, click the Tickets Market icon in the top menu and select the ticket you want to sell. Click the “Sell Ticket” button to list the ticket for sale. Once the ticket is sold, you’ll receive the amount for your ticket back in your account, minus 10% of the ticket price. The difference goes to the organizer to cover fees associated with this transaction. When a ticket is resold, the name and contact information of the new holder will automatically be updated, and the ticket will be transferred to them.

ℹ️ For technical reasons it is not possible to sell Rave mates and Rave crew tickets. For Rave mates/crew tickets it is only possible to do a name change.

ℹ️ “Combo” tickets can only be resold until the date of the winter festival; after that, it will only be possible to change the name on the ticket. Please note that for Combo tickets, it is not possible to resell the ticket if cashless credit has already been topped up on it.

ℹ️ We do not have an integrated secureswap service on Ticketswap. We are not responsible for any problems associated with reselling tickets on this portal. Please use the official resale system (see above).

How can I change the name on the ticket if I want to transfer it to someone else?

You can change your name in your NFCtron customer account for a fee of 150 Kč. You can change your name until the end of the event (provided your ticket has not yet been checked in).
