We take our visitors’ feedback to heart, which is why we’re upgrading the festival taxi service in 2026! We’re partnering with the Bolt platform, which will be the exclusive provider of taxi services at the festival.
You can easily book a ride from the festival using the Bolt app, and then simply wait for your driver to arrive at the festival taxi stand, which—just like last year—will be located right next to the shuttle bus stop. If you need a taxi from the festival parking lot and none are available there, please report this to the Parking reception desk, where they will try to arrange one for you.
This new partnership will result in more cars available to visitors, transparent pricing, and an overall improvement in the quality of taxi service at the festival.
We have long been doing our utmost to prevent situations where our visitors are charged exorbitant prices for festival rides. This year will be no different. The Bolt system will be set up similarly to how it works at select airports, for example. In the Bolt app, you’ll book and pay for your ride, and the app will generate a unique PIN for you to give to the driver—then your ride can begin. This way, you’re not booking a specific car, but rather the car that’s ready to pick you up the fastest. At the same time, you’ll know exactly how much the ride will cost you in advance.
